Taxonomy (English)
The taxonomy is the combination of words that are used to search Twitter for content. Although written as code, it should be readable by humans as well. Here is a guide to how the taxonomy is coded:
- "interaction.content any" simply means that we search Twitter for any of the words in the string that follows.
- (interaction.content any "gender") searches for "gender" and "gender" only.
- (interaction.content any "women" AND interaction.content any "men") searches for tweets where both "men" and "women" occur somewhere in each tweet.
- (interaction.content any "gender equality") searches where "gender" occurs right before "equality".
- (interaction.content any "men" AND interaction.content any "women" AND interaction.content any "salary, salaries, income, incomes, pay, wage, wage gap, wages") searches for tweets where "men", "women", and one of "salary", "salaries", "income" etc. occur.
